SADDENED!!!

It's really quite sad when i can't even get excited over episode spoiler for Stargate Atlantis, I think I need another breather from fandom. I wasn't even back yet, and those threads 'Why does everyone hate weir?', and 'Should Steen have stayed as Weir?'. I mean no offense to anyone who has an opinion on either subject, but seriously. The first sounds like a child whining, going: 'Why- Why- Why???'. And the second, well it has potentional, but seriously, questions like that isn't constructive, it's just giving those ppl who started thread A, something more to whine about.

Another thing that just gets on my nerves the phrase that goes something like this....'I don't mean all of them, only a selected few, a minority who constantly go to different forums/sites and spout their hate'.....okay ppl, it's ridiculous. Really could you find nothing else to say?...It's the same axe they're grinding....one day it'll wear out and you'll lose a hand. Grow up plz. There's been so much hate spreading around from EVERY camp that you've only got to wait to see which camp starts attacking which character. And do remember these characters...weir/teyla/sheppard/mckay/ronon--they are all MAKE BELIEVE....FICITIONAL....and if a fan of said person feels, that the constructive criticism is actor bashing, then really too bad, cause as you know 'one man's garbage is another man's treasure'. No two person's think the same, or see things exactly like the other. 

Also, if you've actually read all that thanx, really i'm not whining or anything, and i'm not angry, it's just that everytime i read those threads, and yes I know I should stay away and I have for awhile, and I do stay away at times, but sometimes I must give in to temptation. And when I see the same ppl, and I mean this in totality not just those who go in and spout 'I luv weir' in the 'Why do you hate weir?' thread, as if trying to convert others, really it's becoming redundant. It's basically the same thing being rehashed over and over, and the same PROS going against the same CONS. It's the never ending cycle. 

Jeez, it's so much more easier shipping a cartoon, (don't laugh I do that constantly---just check my past post on shipping pairs), there's no actor to mistakenly insult, no comment like she looks to old for him, jeez most times they aren't afraid to give the cartoon characters ages.  So it's all happiness, even though I could stake my life on every fandom having their squabbles. Sometimes i wish i has stayed in ignorance of SGA fandom. But then i remember all the awesome ppl i've met, and i rescind that wish.....

Anyway, i'm just going to go back to my cartoons for awhile, get happy again and then return to enjoy the luv that is Shep and Teyla.
